Dominic co-founded Hambro Perks with Rupert Hambro. As well as being a Partner at Hambro Perks, he serves as the firm’s Chief Executive Officer.

Dominic focuses on the growth and development of Hambro Perks as well as originating new opportunities for investment and advising businesses at their earliest stages. His extensive entrepreneurial experience is crucial in advising many of Hambro Perks’ youngest investee companies.

Prior to his entrepreneurial career, Dominic was a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Co., where he advised clients on growth strategies. He also had a career as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley where he primarily originated investment opportunities for private equity firms. Dominic graduated from Oxford University with a first-class degree in English Literature.
