Thomas is an Advisor to Hambro Perks, primarily focused on the Environmental Technology Fund.

Thomas is currently chairman at Ørsted, one of the world’s most sustainable companies, and a global leader in the transition to green energy. He is also chair at Lloyds Register Group and VKR Holding and is a board member in BW Group, IMI and Green Hydrogen Systems. He is a Commissioner in the Energy Transitions Commission and also a member of the Danish Committee for Good Corporate Governance.

Thomas is former EVP at A.P. Moller Maersk and CEO of Maersk Oil.
