Gemma is Chief Financial Officer at Hambro Perks with responsibility for all back-office functions with the exception of legal.

Gemma has over twenty years of experience in financial services and asset management and has worked at a number of asset management businesses including RWC Partners Ltd where she was Group Finance Director, a member of the Board and a member of the Executive Management Committee. Prior to joining RWC, Gemma was the Chief Financial Officer, Compliance Officer and a Partner at Dalton Strategic Partnership LLP.

Gemma is an FCCA, having qualified at EY in London where she specialised in Alternative Asset Management.
