Jemma is a Managing Director at Hambro Perks focused primarily on secondary transactions as co-head of the firm’s Access Funds.

Jemma joined Hambro Perks from Goldman Sachs where she had a 17-year career. She spent her first four years at Goldman in the Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities Division after which she moved onto the private capital side of the bank, where she concentrated on capital structure solutions for private companies and secondary transactions in the private capital space.

Jemma holds an MA in Economics from Emmanuel College, Cambridge, and an MBA from INSEAD.
