Hambro Perks bolsters investment team with the appointment of Laura Noorani

Hambro Perks, an international investment firm, has today announced the appointment of Laura Noorani as an Investment Manager focused on the HP Leaders Fund. In her new role, Laura will focus on originating and executing investments for the Fund and building a portfolio of high growth companies, ensuring alignment to the firm’s sustainability ambitions.

 

Laura brings extensive experience in the investments space, with a focus on impact and sustainability. Prior to joining Hambro Perks, Laura spent six years at Bridges Fund Management, where she was a key player in the Growth Business investment strategy. During this time, Laura focused on investments into high growth, socially and environmentally impactful SME businesses. While at Bridges, Laura also worked on the Investor Relations and Fundraising team.

 

Alongside her role at Bridges Fund Management, Laura was UK Secretariat of the UK National Advisory Board, within the Global Steering Group for Impact Investing. Laura began her career at Goldman Sachs in New York and London, where she worked in Equity Sales and M&A.

Laura has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with Honours from Brown University as well as an MBA from INSEAD where she was President of INDEVOR, a social impact group and Investment Team Leader of MBA Impact Investing Network & Training.
